Burt DeGraw - Co-Founder and Managing Director
Burt DeGraw co-founded Cascade Financial Management with former US Bank colleague Rich Denman. Prior to founding CFM, Burt was an independent turnaround and financial strategist. Burt worked in commercial banking for over twenty-five years; he held the position of Vice President – Commercial Lending at US Bank and, subsequently, at Centennial Bank in Portland, OR. Burt has a business degree from Chico Sate University.

Rich Denman - Co-Founder and Managing Director, Cascade Financial Management; Founder and President, Cascade Credit Services
Rich co-founded Cascade Financial Management seven years after founding Cascade Credit Services, a complementary financial services business providing due diligence for Pacific Northwest lenders. Prior to founding CFM and CCS, Rich spent over 20 years at US Bank, principally in the Portland, OR headquarters. From 1984 to 1994, Rich managed US Bank’s Accounts Receivable Department, overseeing the bank’s ABL portfolio monitoring functions, and was responsible for commitments in excess of $1B. During this time, Rich also consulted with the bank’s Investment Division to structure US Bank’s first trade receivables securitization. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Oregon State University and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.

Bruce Jolliff - Manager
Bruce leverages over thirty years experience in both private and public accounting as a controller, CPA, CFE, and financial consultant, providing a wide range of clients and industries with financial expertise, particularly in the areas of systems/operations analysis, troubleshooting, fraud investigation, and cash flow optimization. Bruce holds an accounting degree from the University of Portland and CFP and CFE certificates.

Ken Stokes - Director, Client Consultation (Strategic Planning, Marketing and Business Development)
Ken has over twenty-five years experience in strategic planning, marketing and advertising, and new business development with marketing giants including The Walt Disney Company, The Kellogg Company, The Clorox Company, and Foodmaker, Inc. (Jack in the Box restaurants). Since 2000, he has focused on consulting for entrepreneurs and “new paradigm” clients including Bill Gates’ Corbis Corporation and Brian Kurth’s VocationVacations. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from Oregon State University, and an MBA from the University of Southern California. He received the American Marketing Association’s New Product of the Year Award for spearheading the development of Kellogg’s Rice Krispies Treats cereal bars.

Sharon Climer - Office Manager
Sharon manages office operations for both Cascade Financial Management and Cascade Credit Services; she also serves as an administrative aid to the companies’ management and examination teams. Sharon has an outstanding customer service and project management background: prior to joining CFM, Sharon garnered over twenty years experience in sales, technical/customer service, and operations management at Tektronix Inc. and Synopsys Inc. Sharon is an alumna of the University of Portland and Marylhurst College.
